Operations

Every job your brand runs, from stock to sign-off.

Threed runs the work a surface brand does every day: what is in stock, what is on the water, who is on site and whether the job made money. Every screen below belongs to our demo brand.

Quotes and deals

From the customer's design to a signed quote.

Every quote is itemised from the customer's design and priced from your rate card. The customer signs the drawing before any money moves, so what gets built is what was agreed.

Deals sit in one pipeline with their emails and tasks. If you keep HubSpot, the two stay in sync both ways.

Stock

Know what is on the shelf, and what is already promised.

Stock is a ledger keyed to the bill of materials, so a tile is counted by its range, colour and kind, exactly as a design asks for it.

Each location shows what it holds, what is reserved for orders and what it can still give. Every receipt, issue and count is a line in the ledger, so each number has its history behind it.

Purchase orders

Order what is short, and follow it across the water.

When an order needs more than the warehouse holds, the shortfall becomes a purchase order to your supplier.

Purchase orders travel on a shipment with its container, departure and arrival dates. Receiving the shipment books the stock into the warehouse, against the orders it was raised for.

Production and dispatch

Make it, check it, and send it out with the right load.

A production order issues materials from stock, records what was made and what passed its checks, and books the finished product back into stock.

Dispatch picks the stock reserved for an order, prints a delivery note for each load and takes the stock out of the warehouse when it leaves.

Crews and job packs

Know who is on site, and give them everything they need.

Crews are booked against orders by the day, and the schedule shows every crew's week.

Each booking gets a private job pack for the crew's phone, with no login needed: the site, the approved drawing and what to bring. The customer signs on that phone, which marks the loads delivered and the job installed.

Job costing

See whether every job made money.

Job costing sets the actual cost of a job against what it was quoted at: materials at what they cost to buy, crew days at their day rates, and any other costs you add.

It is worked out each time you open it, so a late freight invoice shows up the next time you look.

Dealer supply

Supply your dealers from the same system.

Dealers place supply orders against your catalogue at your trade prices, and you move each one through accepted, in production, shipped and delivered.

You see every dealer's enquiries, won deals and orders in one table, one row per dealer.

Where Threed stops

Threed runs operations. Your accounting system keeps the ledger.

Quotes, orders, stock, crews and job costs live in Threed, and payment runs through Stripe. The books stay in the accounting system your finance team already keeps.

Control

The brand decides who sees and changes what.

Every change on record

Each change to a brand's configuration is recorded with who made it, what changed and when.

Access down to the sales seat

Roles run from the brand's managers to a single salesperson. Sales staff quote at the prices the brand sets, and only managers change them.
