Can I embed the Court Lab on my own website?
Yes — the embed is included on all plans. Customers visit your site, design their court, and submit their configuration directly to your pipeline.
What's the difference between the internal designer and the embed?
The internal designer is the full-featured tool your team uses to design courts, generate PDFs, and manage configurations. The embed is a customer-facing version hosted on your website with your branding and a simplified interface.
Do customers need to create an account to use the embed?
No — customers can design without signing in. They only need to authenticate (via magic link) if they want to save their design or proceed to checkout.
Can I use my own Shopify store for checkout?
Yes — Shopify checkout is supported on the Grow plan and above. Customers complete their order through your existing Shopify storefront.
How does the dealer network work?
On the Network tier, you get a parent account that can create and manage sub-provider accounts. Each dealer gets their own branded Court Lab embed and pipeline, and inherits your product catalog — with pricing you control.
