Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Threed.Systems platform (“Service”) operated by Threed.Systems (“we”, “us”). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Service

Threed.Systems provides a SaaS platform for sports surface dealers, including a 3D court designer (Court Lab), a sales pipeline and CRM, marketing tools, and dealer network management. Access is provided on a subscription basis.

2. Accounts

Access to the Service requires an active provider account. Accounts are created by us on request — there is no self-serve signup. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.

You must notify us immediately at scott@threed.systems if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other provider accounts or data
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce any part of the platform without our written consent
• Use the Service to transmit spam, malware, or other harmful content
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code from the platform

4. Subscription and billing

Subscriptions are billed on terms agreed at onboarding. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for non-payment after reasonable notice. Pricing may change with 30 days' written notice.

5. Your data

You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service (enquiries, designs, customer data, etc.). We process this data on your behalf to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

On termination we will make your data available for export for 30 days, after which it will be deleted.

6. Intellectual property

The platform, including its design, code, and content, is the intellectual property of Threed.Systems. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to copy, distribute, or create derivative works from the platform itself.

7. Availability and uptime

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee any specific uptime percentage. We may carry out maintenance that causes brief periods of unavailability, and will endeavour to schedule these outside business hours where possible.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Threed.Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you in any calendar month shall not exceed the fees paid by you in that month.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription on 30 days' written notice. We may terminate immediately for material breach of these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active providers by email of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect.
